1. Login customer portal with your credential.
2. When login in successfully, click on your profile at the top right. And click on Notifications.
3. You will get this interface in which you can set the notification follow-up you need.
Email: It always shows your email address because it is the default email that received notification, but you can add another email. You can fill out another email in the Additional Email box, such as an email of your engineer.
Line Notify: You need to make connections to your line account, click on the setup button(คลิกที่นี่เพื่อเชื่อมต่อ).
You need to login, verify code and select a chat to send a notification, then click on Agree and Connect button.
