ภายหลังจากการคอนเฟิร์มสั่งซื้อ Managed Server Service แล้ว ลูกค้าจะได้รับ E-mail จากระบบเพื่ออำนวยความสะดวกให้ลูกค้าดำเนินการในการทำ Customer and Server Onboarding Process ซึ่งจะเป็นขั้นตอนในการกรอกรายละเอียดข้อมูลลูกค้า ข้อมูลของเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่จะใช้บริการเข้าสู่ระบบของทางเน็ตเวย์ ตัวอย่าง Email เมื่อลูกค้าได้รับอีเมลล์ Welcome to Netway Managed Services แล้วก็จะสามารถคลิกที่ปุ่ม Get Started เพื่อเข้าสู่การทำ Onboarding Server ต่อไป
1. Login customer portal with your credential. 2. When login in successfully, click on your profile at the top right. And click on Notifications. 3. You will get this interface in which you can set the notification follow-up you need. Email: It always shows your email address because it is the default email that received notification, but you can add another email. You can fill out another email in the Additional Email box, such as an email of your engineer. Line Notify: You need to make connections to your line account, click on the setup button(คลิกที่นี่เพื่อเชื่อมต่อ). It will show a pop-up for login to your line account that you need to receive a notification. You need to login, verify code and select a chat to send a notification, then click on Agree and Connect button.After you connect to your line account successfully, you need to set a notification that you need to your email and line. You can click on icon, it will show blue color when you selected it. When you choose your notification complete, you click on the Save button. When the server has incidents that match your setting the system will be notified to you. Daily Summary Report: You can set the system to send summary reports to your email daily.
1. Login your portal. 2. Click in tab "Server" 3. Click on server that you need to get report. If you have many servers you can filter by smart search in column "Hostname" 4. Click on "Reports" 5. Click on box time to select time report. 6. Click on box report type. 7. When you select report finished ,you can download or print report by click on icon "PDF"
1. Log in your portal. 2. Click on incident ticket that you need to interactive. 3. Click on tab "Comment" 4. Fill out your request in to the box then click on "Submit" at right bottom. 5. You will get respond from Netway Support.
1. Log in your portal. 2. Go to middle section and scroll to bottom ,then click on "Create New Incident' 3. Fill out information in form then click on "Create New" 4. Netway Staff will get your request and respond to you.
